Billing and cancellation

You can cancel or change your plan yourself from the billing portal, linked in the footer of every page. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If the portal does not do what you need, email and it will be handled manually.

Corrections

If a figure, cluster name, topic classification or paper attribution looks wrong, please say so. Automated clustering makes mistakes, and a specific correction from someone who knows the field is the most useful message we receive. Include the topic and what you expected to see.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, export or delete your data, email from the address on the account and say what you want done. We reply within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what we hold and why. To leave the free email list, the unsubscribe link in any message is faster than writing to us.

Press, research and partnerships

Happy to talk to journalists, researchers and anyone wanting to use the data in their own work. Figures are quotable with attribution and a link. If you need methodology detail beyond how it works, ask.
